• Do you have a standard pricing system for your service?

    Moving jobs are not standard, every job is different and has its own unique needs. So, we typically give a unique flat rate quote custom fit to each job so each customer gets the most cost effective price possible! However, in some situations an hourly rate is more appropriate so that’s what we will go with.

    What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The customer contacts us, we ask a series of questions to determine the time it will take out of our day to complete the move and based on that we typically give a flat rate quote. If the quote is acceptable we schedule the move. You relax and we do all the work. Simple!

    What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Find a mover that caters to your moving needs. For instance, if you only need to move a sofa & loveseat 4 miles up the road, you don’t call a cross country mover like Mayflower.

    What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    For the smaller type moves that we do the customer should have an exact list of the items needing to be moved. Pickup and delivery cross streets, any stairs, any access issues and any other details you think would affect the move. The more specific you are the more accurate the quote will be. Remember, the quote we have given you is based on the information you have given us.
